• FLEXIBLE FIT WITH STEEL REINFORCEMENT — The flexible multi-layer dashboard mounting disk bends to fit flat and curved dashboards, increasing adhesive contact. Its built-in thin stainless-steel core provides structural support under vehicle heat and sustained suction-cup pressure.
• SMOOTH PC SUCTION SURFACE — The high-gloss PC top provides compatible suction cups with a smooth mounting surface, helping create an even seal, reduce texture-related air leaks, and prevent direct suction-cup contact with the dashboard.
• 1.6 MM 3M VHB GPH-160 ADHESIVE BASE — The thick, heat-resistant adhesive backing improves contact with compatible dashboard textures. Designed for clean, dry dashboard surfaces ranging from smooth to textured and from flat to curved.
• CURVED SURFACES REQUIRE FIRM PRESSURE — After removing the red liner, apply the disk and press the entire surface evenly from the center toward the edges for at least 15 seconds. Initial adhesion builds under sustained pressure. Curved surfaces create spring-back force, so the edges may require longer pressing. Excessive curvature may lift the edges and reduce suction-cup stability.
• EASY INSTALLATION—SURFACE MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY — No tools required. Each disk includes one wet wipe and one dry wipe, intended only for light dust or minor surface soil. For heavy dirt, oil, wax, dashboard dressing, silicone, or residue, clean separately with diluted mild dish soap and a clean towel. Remove all residue and allow the surface to dry completely.
• 82 MM PAD FOR SUCTION-CUP MOUNTS ONLY — Fits suction-cup bases up to 80 mm (3.15 in), including suction-cup phone mounts, magnetic phone holders with suction bases, GPS mounts, and dash cams. The PC top has no adhesive. Not for magnetic-only, vent, clamp, hook, or adhesive-only mounts. Mount not included.
• WARM INSTALLATION & 48-HOUR CURING — When the temperature is below 59°F (15°C), warm both the dashboard and mounting disk before installation. Allow the adhesive to cure for 48 hours before attaching the suction-cup mount. Dashboard cleanliness, curved-edge pressing time, installation temperature, and curing time are essential for reliable adhesion.
